Our Residents
Friendly, welcoming, and uniquely individual are how we would describe residents at St. Mary’s Woods. They are engaged and living life to the fullest, on their own terms. You will know they are friendly because of their smiles. You will know they are welcoming when they invite you to join them. And you will know how unique they are when they share their stories with you; tell you about their background, and what inspires them personally about life at St. Mary’s Woods. The family atmosphere here is very powerful and easy to embrace. We invite you to meet some of these residents.
Moving into a different phase of your life is always an adjustment. But here, you’re asked to participate in a variety of community events and you are really welcomed. And in a couple of weeks’ time, you can find out if you like it or not. My personal opinion is that I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but here at St. Mary’s Woods.

Our Life at St. Mary’s Woods
I’m very satisfied. I like it here! The staff is excellent, top to bottom. The service is great. I’m thankful because they do a lot for me. They have so many activities, like picnics, shopping, and movies, that you can choose what you want to do. There are so many activities that I can’t do them all! Plus, I like being close to church, so I can go every morning.

Our Families
Staying connected to family and friends is vital to a fulfilling life. And as we said before, our residents and our team members have created a friendly and welcoming community. We welcome and encourage the family members of our residents to take an active part in life here.
Each month, a variety of special events and activities are held at our community which are open to resident family members and friends. These are great opportunities to spend quality time with each other. To see what we’re doing this month, check out our Happenings page.
I know that when I come by to visit my parents at St. Mary’s Woods, I feel welcome. The staff knows you, even all the other members of the community that live here will say hello and greet you when you come. At St. Mary’s Woods, you’re a part of the community, even if you don’t live here like me.

It’s nice to know that I can be out doing all the things that I need to do, and know that they’re happy and taken care of, and having a good time… It’s all about peace of mind, and you can’t put a price on that.

The housekeeping was excellent – her apartment was always kept clean, and the staff would even change their schedule to help my mother. I was very pleased with the care my mother received from all levels of staff at St. Mary’s Woods – they went above and beyond.
